Dunguaire Tavern Limited is seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef at their site in The Pier Head, The Quay, Kinvara, County Galway, H91P8K1. Purpose of managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and team leadership, as well as experience working in a high-paced, quality-driven kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities.
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
Ensure consistency and compliance with food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards. Ensure compliance with HACCP and all food safety regulations.
Contribute to menu development, cost control, and portion management.
Step in for the Head Chef in their absence, maintaining smooth kitchen operations.

A minimum of 5 years is required for this role. It will be based on  a 39 hour work week with a €35,000.00 annual salary. Please apply in confidence to : anurag@protentialresources.com
