Full time Graduate Lead Educator Start Date: October 2025 40 hours per week Monday to Friday - Minimum Level 7 QQI in Early years education. Person specification: Have a genuine passion for Early Years Education. Fluent written and spoken English. Good flexibility to stay longer hours, if necessary, communication skills and teamwork. Approachable and friendly personality. Commitment to child & quality led childcare and Early Years Education practice Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality Ability to work on own initiative Ability to recognize and contribute to team support & positive staff morale. Job Types: Full-time Salary: Starting at €17.50 per hour-based on qualification and Experience working in the sector.
