We are currently recruiting for a Fully Qualified Toyota Motor Technician to join our busy and professional workshop team. This is an exciting time to join us, as we’ve recently announced the development of a brand-new Toyota dealership in Naas. About the Role As a Toyota Technician, you will be working with an experienced team in a fast-paced, high-standard workshop. You’ll carry out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of customer vehicles in line with Toyota manufacturer standards and dealership expectations. This is a hands-on role with a focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools and a logical, methodical approach Carry out servicing and repairs in accordance with Toyota and dealership guidelines Work efficiently from job cards, ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork Perform vehicle health checks and notify the service team of any additional work required Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to workshop policies Deliver high-quality work while meeting productivity targets Support and uphold Toyota’s core values: Customer First Respect for People Continuous Improvement (Kaizen / Lean Six Sigma) Qualifications and Experience: Fully qualified Motor Technician (Toyota trained preferred but not essential) Minimum 3+ years’ experience in vehicle servicing and diagnostics Full, valid driver’s licence IT literate and comfortable using diagnostic and reporting systems Skills and Attributes: A team player who also works well independently Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work Capable of working efficiently in a busy environment Organised, proactive, and solution-focused Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Willing to learn and adapt to Toyota’s continuous improvement culture What We Offer: Competitive salary with monthly uncapped bonus scheme Excellent opportunities for career progression Ongoing Toyota factory training and development Employee Referral Scheme Employee discounts on services and products A dynamic, supportive work environment focused on excellence
