Thermaform Ltd is seeking 4 Construction Technicians – Formwork Support to join our project team in Drumnahinchin, Castleshane, Co. Monaghan. The successful candidates will assist with concrete formwork operations and provide technical support on residential construction projects. Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €34,000 per annum Main Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare and organize construction materials and prefabricated formwork components. Assist in basic assembly of formwork elements under supervision. Operate small tools and equipment safely in line with site procedures. Support quality assurance checks, including measuring and reporting site data. Monitor compliance with health and safety requirements and PPE usage. Provide technical and logistical support to site supervisors in relation to formwork preparation and project activities. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Collaborate with other technicians and operatives to ensure smooth site operations. Requirements: At least 3 year’s relevant experience in construction, concrete or related work. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safe site practices. Willingness to undertake a structured training programme (2 years) in formwork support and safety.
