Thermaform Ltd is seeking 4 full-time professional Shuttering Carpenters to join our residential construction team. The successful candidates will work on projects using ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) systems.
Location: Drumnahinchin, Castleshane, Co. Monaghan, Ireland

• Minimum Experience: +2 years of hands-on experience in formwork and concrete structures
• Key Skills: Ability to read construction drawings, use tools safely, and follow health & safety protocols
• Teamwork: Proven experience working in team environments on construction sites
• Communication: Basic English required for site safety and coordination

Salary: €46,644 per annum (based in experience)
Hours: 39 hours per week
