Family Law Solicitor – Dublin 4
Salary: €80,000-€100,000K + Excellent Bonus
Build and Lead a Growing Department with Complex Casework
  
A well-established firm based in Dublin 4 are hiring  a talented and experienced Family Law Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join their practice. This is a standout opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in complex family and matrimonial matters who is ready to take ownership and help shape the future of a growing department.
  
Working directly with a supportive leadership team, you will manage a broad range of high-value and sensitive family law matters, including judicial separation, divorce, financial settlements, child custody, and domestic violence cases. The firm offers a genuine opportunity to build and grow the family law offering, backed by excellent internal resources and a high-performing client services team.
  
To thrive in this role, you will need to be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in family law, with proven experience handling complex and high-value cases, including divorce, judicial separation, financial settlements, and child-related matters. Strong litigation and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage sensitive client relationships with empathy and professionalism.

You should be confident working independently, capable of managing a busy caseload, and motivated by the opportunity to develop and grow a department.
