Take a lead in tooling, setting up, and running our cutting-edge Weinig moulders and handling equipment — keeping safety, quality, and performance at the heart of everything you do.
Help keep our tool Room humming — template making, grinding, sharpening cutting blocks, and prepping jointing stones — all done with precision and a sharp eye for safety and efficiency.
Work hand-in-hand with our Shift/Team Leader, bringing your passion for continuous improvement to every shift, all within our ISO9001, OHSAS 45001, and FSC-accredited environment.
Who You Are
Qualified in the trade of Wood Machinist—or you have solid woodworking machine experience (Weinig moulder expertise is a plus!).
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and is driven to achieve production goals.
An effective communicator who connects effortlessly with colleagues and management alike.
Flexible and committed—occasional overtime is no problem for you!
