As a qualified electrician, you will collaborate closely with our plumbing installation teams on the retrofit installation of heat pump systems. Your role will also involve the maintenance and servicing of solar PV panels.

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong initiative, a proactive mindset, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. You’ll be working both independently and as part of a wider team on a range of residential and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
· Electrical installations for heat pump retrofits
· Maintenance and servicing of solar PV panels
· Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults
· Working independently and collaboratively with plumbing and technical teams
· Ensuring all works comply with current electrical standards
· Daily/weekly reporting to the General Manager
· Supporting a safety-first culture on all job sites

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Be a fully qualified electrician.
Have experience in both residential and industrial environments
Hold a valid Safe Pass
Hold a valid Manual Handling certification
Demonstrate strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Be a clear and effective communicator
Have the ability to manage your workload and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Possess strong decision-making skills under pressure
Have excellent knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations

Desirable
Experience working on renewable energy systems
Previous work with heat pump or solar PV installations
Additional industry certifications
