We require a Sous Chef for a busy Sea Food & Steak Restaurant in Strandhill Co. Sligo. With a minimum of 3 years experiences. English speaking. Enthusiastic and passionate about food. A history of cooking good food in a busy environment. A Team player. Producing quality food from fresh produce. Highly motivated and willing to learn from the team and shown initiative to add to the overall running of a busy kitchen
