About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing plaster on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to a high standard. You will work on a variety of projects including new builds, refurbishments, and decorative finishes. Responsibilities: Prepare and clean surfaces before plastering. Apply plaster, render, and other materials for smooth or textured finishes. Repair existing plasterwork, filling cracks and holes. Fix plasterboards and apply skim coats. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment. Adhere to health and safety standards at all times. Requirements: Previous experience as a plasterer of 1 year at least. Good knowledge of plastering techniques and materials. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Problem-solving ability. Physically fit and able to stand for long periods. Must be willing to travel to sites. Be proactive, punctual, enthusiastic & hard working Be able to manage building works within refurbishment projects. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plastering (preferred but not essential). CSCS card (advantageous). Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
