Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: €34,000 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time About Us: Define Barber Limited leading barbering and grooming company based in 24 Drumcondra Road Lower, Dublin 9, Dublin, D09 P8C4 dedicated to delivering premium products and services to our clients. We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Buyer to join our dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Buyer, you will play a key role in sourcing high-quality products and materials for our barbering business. You will work closely with suppliers, manage procurement processes, and ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining our commitment to excellence. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the barbering industry. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure barbering products, equipment, and supplies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new ones to support business needs. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure stock availability. Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for new products or suppliers. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and relevant Irish regulations. Requirements: Proven at least 2 years of experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Irish market trends and supplier networks is desirable. What We Offer: Competitive salary of €34,000 per annum. 39-hour work week with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.
