Monaghan,Ireland Salary: €34,000 per annum Hours: 39 hours per week Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Dairy Farm Assistant As a full-time team member to join our team at Brian Coyle Drumlood Contracts Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of a dairy farm, ensuring the health and productivity of the herd while maintaining high farm standards. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Milking cows and managing the milking process efficiently ✔ monitoring animal health, detecting signs of mastitis, and lame cow. ✔ Feeding, watering, and managing the nutrition of dairy cattle ✔ operating and maintaining farm machinery, including tractors ✔ assisting in calving, calf rearing, and general herd management ✔ cleaning and maintaining sheds.
