Chef de Partie required for a busy Hotel with Breakfast, Carvery,  A la Carte and Function business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position and will have completed the relevant HACCAP  training. Any further relevant qualifications will also be considered.  A working command of the English Language is a necessity.
They will have good interpersonal skills and will work as part of a team but will also be required to work on their own initiative.
Attention to detail in food presentation and hygiene is very important.
