M&P O’Sullivan Ltd are currently seeking 1 motivated and Experienced Asian Cuisine Sous Chef to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis at their premises at Doughcloyne Industrial Estate, Sarsfield Road, Cork T12PK30. Job entails being in charge of their expanding Asian Food Ingredients Products. Role will consist of ensuring customers’ needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Liaising with our Suppliers in ensuring the highest quality of products are sourced. Being part of a progressive team who strives for excellence. Setting up new lines of products and incorporating local ingredients into Asian Cuisine Ingredients. Accountabilities are: To liaise with customers  regarding their needs whilst providing excellent customer service. To work with customers regarding their special and exotic ingredients needs while adhering to all Basic Food Safety requirements. To build excellent customer relationships. Reporting issues relating to Food Safety. Requirements: Good communication and teamwork skills. The knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make routine decisions. The ability to complete paperwork in an orderly fashion. Good English Language Skills essential (both written and spoken). Good organisational and prioritising skills to complete tasks on time.
