We are seeking a Hospital Porter to join a busy healthcare facility in Dublin 2. This hands-on role is essential to supporting the day-to-day operations of the hospital, maintaining safety, hygiene, and efficiency across departments. Ideal for candidates who enjoy a varied, active role in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients to and from wards, clinics, and appointments.
Move equipment, supplies, and materials across the facility as required.
Assist with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks around the building.
Collect, transport, and manage waste, including clinical, general, and special waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of communal areas, corridors, and external grounds.
Support various departments with ad hoc operational tasks.
Follow all Health & Safety protocols, infection control procedures, and mandatory checks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hands-on, maintenance, or porter role preferred.
Legal right to work in Ireland and Garda Vetting clearance.
Ability to provide 5 years of work references.
Flexible, reliable, and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
Team player with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

€17.35/hour, with Double Pay on Sundays & Bank Holidays
Full-time hours (typically 7:00 am – 6:30 pm)
Varied shifts Monday to Sunday depending on client needs
