Engineering Manager – Pottery Road, Dun Laoghaire

We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join our team. This role will manage the full maintenance and plant engineering function at our Pottery Road site in Dun Laoghaire.

Key Responsibilities
•	Manage the day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations within a high-volume production facility.
•	Ensure high levels of equipment availability and minimise downtime.
•	Maintain and update all maintenance procedures.
•	Diagnose and resolve equipment faults and errors efficiently.
•	Oversee and ensure timely completion of repairs.
•	Develop and implement a preventative maintenance programme.
•	Plan and manage the installation of new equipment and machinery.
•	Lead, train, and support the engineering team to ensure skill development and operational efficiency.
•	Manage and deliver engineering projects successfully.
Skills & Experience
•	A relevant craft apprenticeship or third-level qualification.
•	Strong engineering and maintenance management experience.
•	Experience in processing/manufacturing environments, ideally with an electrical or maintenance focus.
•	Proven diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
•	Familiarity with plant utilities and related systems.
