Odgers is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our marketing team in Co. Dublin. The role will lead and execute multichannel B2B marketing initiatives, balancing analytical thinking with hands-on delivery across digital campaigns, events, and brand strategy. The successful candidate will leverage CRM data, performance analytics, and market insights to drive client engagement, strengthen brand positioning, and support business growth.

Must have relevant qualifications or demonstrate proven experience in marketing and business development.

The minimum annual salary is €34,000 and the standard weekly hour is 39.
