Job Summary: Johnson and Perrott Motor Group is seeking dedicated individual to join our Aftersales team as General Operative. Operating from Mahon Dealership, you'll work in a dynamic environment and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To: As a General Operative, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Collection & Delivery Scheduling: You will be responsible for collaborating with the service team to arrange collection and delivery of customer cars. Vehicle Detailing: You will be responsible for washing and valeting cars to the highest standards in accordance with our dealership's quality benchmarks. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with service team to inspect vehicles before customer handover, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Stock Management: Maintain a well-organised inventory of cleaning materials to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Vehicle Preparation: Prepare vehicles according to Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and dealership requirements to meet our customers' expectations. Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications: Team Player: An organised, flexible team player with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Safety Standards: Experience in working to high standards of Health and Safety procedures. Driver's License: A full clean driver's license is required. Language Skills: Fluent English. Motivation: Highly motivated to learn and work to high standards.
