Job Summary:  As part of our new Ford franchise, our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Parts Advisor to join us. In this role, you’ll keep our parts department running smoothly, providing fast, accurate service to both customers and colleagues. If you have strong product knowledge, enjoy helping people, and love delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accurately record stock in and out of our dealer system, ensuring deliveries match purchase orders.
Provide clear, detailed parts quotations and handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person
Identify, locate, issue, invoice, and receive payment for parts and consumables.
Carry out regular stock takes and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Attend training and internal meetings to stay up to date.
Load, unload, move, and deliver parts as required.
Support all aspects of parts administration.
Keep up-to-date with the full franchise product range.

What are we looking for?

You will need to have a full clean driving license.
Be fluent in English.
Be able to work to high standards and be highly motivated to learn.
Have a passion for cars.
Be able to work well as part of a team.
Experience in the Ford Franchise would be an advantage.
