We are seeking a skilled On-Site Installation Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems at various client sites. This role is crucial to ensuring that our products are installed to the highest standards, and that clients receive excellent technical support. Travel to customer sites to install, configure, and test equipment, machinery, or systems. Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics to complete installations accurately. Ensure all installations comply with health, safety, and quality standards. Provide demonstrations or training to customers on proper use and maintenance of installed systems. Diagnose and resolve any issues or faults that arise during or after installation. Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation of work performed. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Perform preventive maintenance or upgrades when required.
