Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and proactive Safety Manager to oversee night-time patrol and security operations across multiple locations in the Shannon area. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining efficient field operations. Responsibilities: • Carry out outdoor site patrols by vehicle. • Log observations and submit incident reports. • Supervise and support the mobile response team. • Assist with logistics and CCTV monitoring when required. • Liaise with clients and provide regular operational updates. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Skills & Requirements: • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a mobile or outdoor role. • Valid PSA Licence (mandatory). • Full driver’s licence. • Fluent English, written and spoken. • Strong reliability, attention to detail, and reporting skills. Additional Information: Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland. In limited cases, permit-based applications may be considered where operationally justified.
