Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
The social networking administration person shall be responsible for the following: Updating and maintenance of Garter Lanes social networking sites eg Facebook, insta, twitter, etc including uploading articles, audio files, images, marketing copy, photographs and videos. Ensuring the security and integrity of web-based systems, including email maintenance, monitoring and updating inhouse antivirus software, backups of box office software and other company programmes and documents. Updating Garter Lanes Website with events and linking to ticketing system Taking calls, concise phone messages and passing on messages to the relevant members of staff through the email system Dealing with queries from the public and colleagues while on duty To be flexible in relation to working hours To be familiar with Garter Lane’s Health & Safety Statement and policies Participation in Team Meetings Willingness to undertake and complete training and development modules Any other duties as may be required To apply for this role send your CV to derek@garterlane.ie or call 051 372422.
