What you’ll do
- Build and manage a 360° recruitment desk for the Spanish-speaking market.
- Source, screen, and interview bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) for permanent and contract roles.
- Develop client relationships; take job briefs and advise on hiring strategy.
- Run the full process: adverts, shortlists, interview prep/feedback, offers, and onboarding.
- Hit and exceed activity/revenue KPIs; keep CRM, compliance, GDPR/right-to-work records.
- Market map, talent pool, and create compelling content for candidates and clients.

What you’ll bring
- Fluent/Native Spanish and strong business English (written & spoken).
- 1–3 years’ experience in agency recruitment or sales (graduates with evidence of targets/KPIs also considered).
- Confidence in business development and candidate sourcing.
- Resilient, goal-driven, and commercial with excellent relationship skills.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland; knowledge of the Irish market is a plus.

- Base salary: €34,000 + uncapped commission structure.
