Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the fabrication of kitchen units and components.
- Learn to operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
- Gain on-site experience by assisting with kitchen fitting and installations.
- Work alongside senior joiners both in the workshop and on customer projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Support the team in delivering work to the highest quality standards.

Requirements
- No prior experience needed — full training provided.
- Interest in woodworking, cabinet making, or construction.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- A full driver’s licence is an advantage but not essential.
