 Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Mechanic to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the early stages of their automotive career, looking to gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles.

Support senior mechanics with inspections and mechanical repairs.

Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and battery installations.

Maintain clean and organized workstations and tools.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Record work performed and communicate any issues to supervisors.

Continually learn and develop skills through on-the-job training.

 Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of automotive systems and tools.

Strong interest in mechanical work and willingness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.

Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

A valid driver's license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completed or currently enrolled in a mechanic apprenticeship or technical training program.

Previous hands-on experience (even informal or volunteer) in mechanical work.

Basic tool kit (not mandatory but a plus).
