Kingdom Investments Ltd, T/A Heights Hotel Killarney, Cork Road, Killarney, Co Kerry, require a Chef de Partie, for a busy Hotel restaurant. Must have 2 years, minimum experience in preparing & cooking quality cuisine and pastry to Department and internal standards. Must be hardworking & capable of producing quality dishes for service.
