We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Chef Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in our culinary services.

As a Chef Manager you will:
Cook up mouth-watering menu items, with a passion for perfection
Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained in line with Sodexo Policy and Procedure
Contribute to a positive and innovative kitchen culture
Bring your ideas to the table and cook up new techniques
Manage daily cash and invoice trading, month-end reconciliation, menu planning, orders, and stocktakes

What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting
Proven experience managing a small catering team
Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
Experience with Microsoft Office Systems
Strong financial acumen
