Aureol Global Connections is hiring Welders for McHale Engineering Unlimited Company T/A McHale Engineering located at Kilmaine, Co. Mayo, F31 WR04 and Castlebar Road, Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo F31 K138. Successful candidate will be working in a well-organised welding department, the role involves producing a scheduled number of assemblies each day using rust-free steel and the latest pulse welding technology, ensuring high-quality results with minimal splatter and reduced cleaning time. The welder will use production jigs for efficient 360-degree rotation and assembly of components, while handling materials safely with the lifting gear and stillages provided. Responsibilities also include following documented welding procedures and company quality standards, inspecting welds for accuracy, carrying out basic equipment checks and maintenance, and working closely with the production team to achieve deadlines and targets. The role further requires reporting any faults, defects, or safety concerns, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. 40 hours per week, Annual Salary €34,881.60.
