MF Engineering & Designs LTD is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Unit 1, Merrywell business park, Merrywell, Batterstown, Co. Meath, A85 YP74. Duties include install, test, and commission small-scale electrical systems and equipment (e.g. lighting circuits, extractor fans, power outlets); Assist with setup of security systems, smart devices, and related electronics; Mount and secure devices such as TVs, blinds, kitchen hoods, mirrors, and accessories; Diagnose and repair faults in domestic and commercial electrical accessories (switches, sockets, breakers); Perform planned preventative maintenance and emergency response for minor faults; Replace fittings, taps, door handles, seals, silicone joints, and damaged components; Inspect electrical circuits using standard testing equipment; Identify non-compliance and make safe recommendations; Carry out health and safety checks on all equipment used; Maintain accurate service logs, timesheets, and material usage records; Report technical findings and assist with condition surveys when required; Communicate directly with clients regarding service status and requirements.
