Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operation of the preschool in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.

Provide leadership and support to staff, fostering a positive and professional team environment.

Maintain high standards of care, safety, and education for all children.

Ensure records and documentation are up-to-date and compliant.

Liaise with parents, external agencies, and management as needed.

Lead curriculum planning in line with Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
