Full Time / Part Time Must be Available to work nights and weekends. Kitchen porter duties include cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and floors, washing pots, pans, and utensils, managing waste and deliveries and ensuring storage areas are organised. Their primary goal is to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment to support chefs and ensure smooth operations and health and safety compliance.
