Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our food processing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our highly automated systems, including robotics, conveyors, and X-ray inspection equipment. This role is critical to maintaining our production efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities to ensure the integrity of our production line. This includes performing preventative and corrective maintenance on all plant equipment, which encompasses mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. A key aspect of the role is to troubleshoot and repair complex automated machinery, such as robotic arms, conveyor systems, and X-ray scanners, to resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner and minimize downtime. The technician will need to read and interpret equipment manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints to effectively diagnose and address issues. Furthermore, maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs is essential for our operational tracking. The role demands strict adherence to all safety protocols and procedures and close collaboration with the production team to continuously optimize equipment performance.
