What you'll do: 

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling holes or cracks to ensure a smooth finish.
Apply primers, paints, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Interpret and follow specifications, blueprints, and instructions to meet project requirements and standards.
Ensure all painting work meets corporate safety standards and complies with health and environmental regulations.
Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment after each use.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Collaborate with facility managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate painting schedules and minimize disruption.
Inspect completed work to ensure proper coverage and finish; touch up any imperfections as needed.
Manage inventory of paints, supplies, and materials; report needs for replenishment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and reporting incidents or hazards.
