Fleetwood, Ireland’s largest indigenous paint and coatings company with over 75 years of expertise, is seeking a full-time Factory Operative to join our production team. With approximately 160 employees nationwide, we take pride in producing high-quality decorative coatings and DIY products that you’re likely to encounter every day. This is your chance to be part of a team that brings surfaces to life and contributes to our continued success. Main Duties and Responsibilities • Packing off finished products onto pallets. • Labelling in accordance with labelling standards. • Assisting your team moving tanks, cleaning pumps, washing tanks and other changeover duties. • Be able to change wrap rolls and set up line machinery. • Be able to engage in all tasks relating to the team you are working with. • Learn how to operate at least one filling line to assist with breaks/sickness cover. • Possess the willingness and ability to work in despatch, manufacturing or the technical departments at any given time if required. Qualification, Experience and Skills Desirable: • General Operative competencies would be advantageous. • Should possess reasonable competence around computers, printers and other IT equipment. • Forklift licence or driving experience is preferable.
