- advise guests on menus for food and beverages - serve alcoholic beverage products & food to customers - assist customers & attend to detail regarding food and beverages, - check dining room cleanliness, clean surfaces & arrange tables - comply with food safety and hygiene & dietary regimes, - identify customer's needs, maintain customer service, - maintain personal hygiene standards, - measure customer feedback, - prepare alcoholic beverages, hot drinks, & soft drinks, - process payments, serve beverages, - take food and beverage orders from customers, - welcome restaurant guests - work as part of a hospitality team
