What you'll do: 

Supervise daily operations of the GMP cleaning team, ensuring all areas meet required standards.
Plan, schedule, and adjust team activities, covering absenteeism or holidays.
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings, performance appraisals, and maintain training records.
Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and stock levels; ensure safe and efficient use.
Maintain compliance with GMP, health & safety, fire, COSHH, and client-specific regulations.
Document tasks, incidents, and safety metrics; report issues promptly.
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff to foster a positive and productive environment.
Ensure client site is always audit-ready and maintains the highest cleanliness standards.
What you'll bring: 

Experience in the pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
High attention to detail with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Ability to motivate, empower, and develop team members.
Skilled at problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining compliance standards.
KPI and report-driven with experience managing performance metrics.
