About Us Our hotel, Green City Accommodation Ltd, a leading name in hospitality and service excellence in Dublin, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional leadership and strategic vision. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, staff management, and financial performance. Conduct market research to identify hospitality trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the hotel’s brand presence and drive customer engagement. Monitor operational performance, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Lead the coordination of hotel events, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives. Requirements Evidence of overall 5 years’ experience required for the specific hospitality management role being applied for. Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SPSS, or similar). Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English (written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple projects, lead a team effectively, and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
