Role Overview: We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Carpenter to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in building and installing sauna structures, working with premium materials and collaborating with designers and technicians to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Construct and install custom sauna units, benches, and paneling Read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Collaborate with team members on-site and in workshop settings Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Travel to client sites across Ireland as needed Requirements: Proven experience as a Carpenter (1+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, techniques, and materials Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Good communication and teamwork skills Full driving license (preferred) Experience in sauna or spa construction is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for training and professional development Supportive and collaborative work environment Projects that challenge and inspire Company vehicle and tools provided (where applicable)
