A genuine interest and desire to work with the elderly. Previous nursing home/hospital experience essential. Good knowledge of the English language (verbal and written). Flexible to work day and night shifts. Support and assist residents with all aspects of their daily living activities. Carry out assigned and delegated responsibilities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Be professional at all times in your communication with residents, colleagues, families and visitors to the home.
