Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, located in Cork. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control and management, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, and cost reporting. Additionally, the senior quantity surveyor will work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards while delivering projects efficiently and on-budget.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
Experience in preparing BOQ (Bills of Quantities)
Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work on-site in Cork
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
