Candidate will:
Assist in food preparation under the direction of the Chef de Partie.
Organise mise en place before each service.
Ensure consistency and quality in dishes served.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with HACCP standards.
Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
