Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Grounds Maintenance:

Regularly mow and maintain the rugby pitch and surrounding grounds.

Ensure proper drainage and upkeep of the field to maintain playing quality.

Trim hedges, bushes, and trees around the club’s grounds.

Maintain pathways, fences, and any outdoor structures.

Apply fertilizers and other treatments to the grass as needed.

Cleaning & Tidiness:

Keep dressing rooms, showers, toilets, and common areas clean and sanitized.

Empty bins and remove waste from the premises.

Sweep and tidy up outdoor areas like terraces, entrances, and car parks.

Clean windows and surfaces in both indoor and outdoor areas.

Basic Repairs & Building Tasks:

Assist with minor repairs around the clubhouse and other facilities

Carry out light building projects or improvements as directed by the Club Manager.

Ensure that all tools and equipment are kept in good working order.
