Chef De Partie required by the Chinese kitchen section of Eskimo Wu Limited T/A Lam's Asian Cuisine and Eskimo Pizza, Main Street, Ballyjamesduff, Co. Cavan. Assisting Head Chef in preparation, presentation and cooking of Chinese cuisine. Annual salary of €34,000, 39 hours per week. At least 2 years of experience in the preparation and cooking Chinese cuisine.
