Job Title: Plumber (2 positions)
ECO Sweethomes Properties Limited is seeking two experienced and qualified Plumbers to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters).
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
Diagnose plumbing problems and perform repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant building codes and safety standards.
Carry out testing of plumbing systems to ensure functionality and safety.
Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and builders.
Key Requirements:
Must hold a relevant plumbing qualification (e.g., QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate Craft – Plumbing, or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a plumber.
In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, materials, and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Salary: €34,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Hours: 39 hours per week.
