As a HCA at Budlite Healthcare Limited, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to people with dementia, older people or people with intellectual disabilities . You will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting their well-being, and ensuring a caring, safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities: 
As a Healthcare assistant your role and responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at providing high-quality, person-centered care to our service users.  These responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, managing medications, preparing nutritious meals, supporting mobility, providing emotional companionship, assisting with household chores, offering safe transportation, maintaining accurate records, effective communication, handling emergencies, pursuing continuous learning, and adhering to care plans. These responsibilities are essential in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients while upholding their dignity and privacy.

Qualifications:
o	Min of  1 year experience in a similar care role is preferred.
o	A FETAC level 5 In any Care Skills course or higher is desirable. Confidence in using IT/Email is also desirable.
o	A caring and compassionate nature.
o	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o	Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
o	Reliable, Punctual and Trustworthy.
o	Willingness to undergo background Garda checks and relevant training.
o	Full clean driving license and access to a car is also desirable.
