Healthcare Assistant - Gerontology Care
Aisling House nursing home are delighted to announce due to recent expansion we are looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join us on a full-time permanent basis.
We are looking for healthcare assistants who are keen to work in gerontology.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•	Providing the highest level of care and service to residents and upholding best practice in relation to daily activities.
•	Completing necessary documentation to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed.
•	Working to quality standards set out by the company and related professional bodies.
•	Sustaining high level of communication between resident’s family and staff, developing & maintaining good relationships
•	Assisting in the upkeep of high standards of cleanliness in the home
•	Contributing to the maintenance of Health and Safety in the home
•	Any other duties deemed necessary by Nurse in Charge and management.
Salary
•	30000 Euros/Annual
•	39 Hrs/week

Job Requirements:
•	QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare, Nursing or equivalent .
•	Previous nursing home or similar healthcare experience is an advantage
•	Strong communication and teamwork skills with high attention to detail.
