First Class Clean is a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company delivering high-quality cleaning services across schools, offices, clinics, car dealerships, and hospitality venues.

We are now seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our expanding team and help maintain our high standards across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise cleaning staff across multiple client locations to ensure services meet company and client standards.
Carry out regular quality inspections and report findings to management.
Train and support new cleaning staff, ensuring they follow safety and operational procedures.
Monitor and manage cleaning schedules, supplies, and inventory at each site.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and site-specific requirements.
Liaise with clients to address feedback and implement improvements promptly.
Step in to cover cleaning duties where required.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the cleaning industry.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong understanding of cleaning standards, chemicals, and health & safety practices.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel between sites when required.
Full clean driving licence preferred.
