Clermont Entertainment Ltd trading as Barneys 777 is looking for an IT Service Engineer. You will be responsible to support our products across the gaming floor and to maintain and repair casino electronic gaming machines of several manufacturer types . This role works closely with management. You will help support gaming operations and undertake product installations and alterations of layouts, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company policy and health and safety. Fixed term contract: 24 months Hours: 40 per week Salary: 34860.80 Start date: 12.01.26 Closing date of application: 12th Nov 25 What the job involves? Address faults and failures at speed liaising with Technical Services Manager. Carry out gaming product moves as directed by the Technical Services Manager. Update software, when necessary, in order to keep all software based equipment fully up to date in line with company policy. Provide on-site training to club operations teams after installation of software or equipment updates and/or upgrades. Assist IT where possible with day to day on site problems. Diagnose repair, and maintain computer hardware and software Provide technical support to IT users in point of sale and back office. Ensuring that internet security and software is up to date and running smoothly on Computer terminals and Servers. Able to clone and archive drives in use in PC Based Linux and Windows gaming machines. Maintain IT infrastructure (Networks, Switches, UPS hardware network storage drives) Manage and maintain VPN connections to ensure secure remote access for users. Be able to troubleshoot networking faults and assist in managing a structured network. To familiarise yourself with any existing and/or new gaming product or equipment so as to be able to carry out any gaming product moves thus minimising downtime. Job Requirements to apply: Bachelor degree in computer science or electronic engineering or related field 10 years experience in the gaming industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work flexibly and open to innovative ideas. Team player with the ability to be able to work on their own initiative. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively. Proven ability to maintain effective work performance while under pressure. Proven experience as a Support Technician or similar role. Preferred experience working with Novomatic, Amatic, EGT, eGaming gaming equipment. Preferred experience with Slot Accounting and TiTo systems
