Summary of Role:
This is more than just a driving role — you will be a key part of our site operations, delivering and helping to install precast concrete products across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate an articulated lorry to transport precast concrete units to construction sites
Assist with hooking on and off precast units during lifting operations (using chains, clutches, etc.)
Work closely with site supervisors, crane operators, and installers during offloading and installation
Carry out basic on-site assistance, including helping with alignment and minor manual handling tasks
Ensure all loads are securely strapped, balanced, and compliant with transport regulations
Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues promptly
Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and represent the company in a respectful and courteous manner
Follow all relevant health & safety, road safety, and site procedures
Travel to various sites across Ireland & Northern Ireland — early starts and occasional overnight stays may be required

Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
Valid and in-date CE (Artic) licence
Up-to-date CPC card
Safe Pass (mandatory for working on construction sites in Ireland)
Experience in loading/unloading heavy goods, preferably using lifting equipment advantageous
Basic understanding of site safety and lifting operations
Willingness to assist with manual site work and work as part of the wider installation team
Good communication and teamwork skills
Punctual, dependable, and flexible with working hours
Valid Visa to work in the EU

Working Conditions:
Outdoor environment with exposure to weather, dust, and noise.
Physical role requiring lifting, standing, and operating equipment for extended periods.
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work based on production needs.
