Connolly Stairs Ltd, a specialist Irish manufacturer of bespoke staircases, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the company’s expansion in Ireland’s construction and manufacturing sectors. The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and strengthen partnerships with architects, contractors, and developers. This position plays a key role in strategic planning, sales development, and market analysis. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients and partners. • Negotiate and close commercial contracts and service agreements. • Coordinate with marketing and production teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business proposals. • Support management in planning and executing growth strategies. Requirements: • Qualification in Business, Management, or related discipline (minimum Level 6). • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management. • Strong communication, organisational, and negotiation skills. • Background in manufacturing, construction, or design sectors preferred.
